2. What We Do with Your Information

This section describes what information we collect and how we use it to deliver our Services, operate our business, and improve your experience.

Types of Information We Collect

In connection with accessing our Services, we may collect information that can be used to identify you ("Personal Information"), such as your name, shipping/billing address, email address, phone number, payment transaction records (processed by our third-party payment processor), username, and password.

We collect information when you register or open an account, sign in, request price quotes, pay fees, purchase or otherwise use a Service, contact us for support, or provide feedback. We may also obtain information from other companies or third parties, such as when you sync a third-party account or service with your ShipFare account, or when we use service providers to supplement the Personal Information you provide (e.g., to validate your mailing address). We will only use such information for legally permissible purposes. We may also collect content or other information that you provide or create when you interact with our Services.

We may automatically collect certain usage information when you access our Services ("Usage Data"), such as Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, log files, unique device identifiers, pages viewed, browser type, links you click on, and other usage information collected from cookies and similar tracking technologies. For example, we collect IP addresses to monitor the regions from which users navigate to our Services. We may track pages visited, time spent on each page, and similar engagement metrics to optimize your experience. We may also collect IP addresses when you log in as part of our security features, and when you enable location-based Services, we may collect GPS location data and/or motion data.

Our Services may change over time, and we may introduce new features that collect new or different types of information.
